Gregg Meiklejohn, Co-founder / President
Gregg specializes in strategic marketing. He is an expert in branding businesses through public relations and the developer of the award winning program Knowledge Communities, which has consistently given clients massive returns at pennies on the dollar (when compared to advertising). Gregg has over 20 years of marketing experience and frequently delivers workshops and teaching sessions.

Shane Sparks, Co-founder / Managing Director
Shane specializes in measurable marketing programs. He is our lead Business Coach and co-creator of ER’s proprietary Enrollment Marketing Scorecard Process (EMScorecard™) — a business process that helps schools identify hundreds of thousands of dollars in marketing/admissions opportunity AND provides an actionable, realistic plan to recapture that money. Shane has helped clients generate literally millions of dollars in increased revenue.

Lisa comes with a strong sales and marketing background in the education and hospitality sectors. Lisa brings a passion for details, and savvy business mind, that ensures clients get expectations exceeded, on time and on budget.

Tammy Miles, Paid Search Specialist
Our resident search engine marketing expert,Tammy Miles specializes in paid search strategies that compliment client goals and SEO efforts. She’s built successful direct response marketing campaigns from the ground up using paid search and contextual advertising sources. As a certified Google Adwords Professional, Tammy brings a wealth of experience, from building and managing multiple paid search accounts in the education sector to providing consultation on best practices to existing client accounts.

Beth Kuchenreuther, Performance Improvement Coach
Beth’s highly developed coaching skills are backed by twenty years experience in executive leadership and management. As an experienced senior executive in the adult education and training industry, she has supported leaders and teams in developing action plans enhancing their effectiveness, and capitalizing on their strengths. Beth has designed and conducted comprehensive training programs for executive development, consultative sales, and senior management teams. She specializes in leadership development, performance management, employee engagement and interpersonal communication. Formally trained as an ontological coach, with an MA in Psychology and Executive Coaching, Beth weaves her hands-on experience and exceptional insight to enable her clients to reach new levels of effectiveness.

Katie Humphries, Copywriter & Website Optimization Specialist
Katie specializes in copywriting and website optimization. A member of the ER fulfillment team since 2006, Katie consistently achieves results for our clients by identifying ways to improve user experience and increase organic leads, giving client’s optimum control over the lead generation process.

Kevin Clark, Senior Programmer & Website Optimization Specialist
With over 15 years of experience in the field, Kevin is an expert in web technology. He architects, implements, optimizes and maintains all technology utilized by ER. Kevin also specializes in search engine optimization techniques that increase the number of visitors to client websites.

Gail Gingras, Finance
As head of our Financial Department, Gail brings over 30 years of Comptroller experience to ER. Gail is an MBA, former business owner, and champion of results through improved process.

Paul Bertorelli, Business Liaison
Paul is our resident Welsh gentleman / client liaison. He helps bring projects and people together, ensuring a smooth, organized, and well orchestrated experience with us.
