How it works

- First Point of Contact Analysis – identifies how your first responders such as calls centers, receptionists, after hours personnel, perform in terms of sales and compliance admissions key performance indicators, AND find how identify how Admissions Reps perform on the telephone
- Exit Interviews – prospects that have completed an interview with an Admissions Rep and/or Financial Aid Officer are surveyed to determine their user experience, flagging non-compliant behavior as well as prospects that have “slipped through the cracks”
- Internet Lead Response Analysis – ER shops you via your online marketing efforts (your website and even that of a lead providers), allowing you track call back lag times, identify prospects that are not responded to at all, and identify the behavior of third party lead providers, including the number of competitors “your” leads are resold to
- (Optional) Onsite Campus Mystery Shop – When behavior is flagged outside of compliance requirements, ER will send in targeted ‘in person’ mystery shoppers per campus, corroborating or refuting compliance issue suspicions
